Services

The Starter Plan includes LinkedIn lead generation and outreach automation as described on the sales page.

Service features may evolve during the Beta period.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Accurate onboarding information

• Access to required accounts (if applicable)

• A completed onboarding questionnaire

• Timely communication when requested

Delays in providing required information may delay service delivery.

Account Safety

To help protect LinkedIn accounts, S1M0NE AI operates within conservative daily activity limits.

We reserve the right to reduce campaign activity if account safety concerns arise.

Delivery

Lead generation campaigns begin after onboarding is complete.

Delivery times may vary depending on targeting complexity, platform availability, and account limitations.

Payments

All payments are due in advance.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the resources allocated during onboarding and campaign setup, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

All templates, workflows, automation systems, documentation, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of S1M0NE AI.

Limitation of Liability

S1M0NE AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service purchased.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
